Admission to M.Sc. Chemistry 2014
Centre for Nano and Material Sciences, Jain University is offering Master of Science in Chemistry 2-years (4 semesters) degree program. This M.Sc. Chemistry program aims to provide a high quality education in Chemistry. The candidates seeking admission are required to apply through online application forms on or before June 20, 2014.
Admissions to M.Sc. - Chemistry at CNMS, Jain University is purely based on merit and is subject to availability of seats. List of shortlisted candidates will be made available on CNMS website. Only the candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be eligible to take admission for M.Sc. Chemistry Programme.
How To Apply?The candidates seeking admission are required to apply through online application forms on or before June 20, 2014. Application forms can be downloaded from Centre for Nano and Material Sciences website (http://cnms.jainuniversity.ac.in/courses.htm).
Eligibility Requirements
The minimum qualification required is bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution having Chemistry as a major subject. Those who are due to appear in qualifying examination can also apply.

First Provisional Merit List June 25, 2014
Second Provisional Merit List July 5, 2014
Third and Final Provisional Merit List July 10, 2014

- Successful completion of this programme in Chemistry ideally prepares one for a career in scientific laboratories, industries, research institutions or any other public bodies.
- In addition, this programme provides an excellent foundation for students wishing to undertake subsequent doctoral research work and competitive exams such as NET, GATE, etc.
- After successful completion of M.Sc Programme one can join PhD Programme within the centre.
